1.1 Add Preventive Maintenance Schedulerβ
Add a Preventive Maintenance Scheduler β Step-by-Step
Step 1: Access the Preventive Maintenance Scheduler Screenβ
From the side menu, navigate to:
Maintenance β Master β Preventive Maintenance Scheduler.
This opens the Preventive Maintenance Scheduler screen.
Step 2: Fill in Asset or Machine Detailsβ

Maintenance Question Type
[Dropdown](Mandatory)
Select the type of maintenance object: Machine (default) or Asset. Values are sourced from the Master Category. -
Select Machine
[Dropdown](Mandatory)
Appears only if Maintenance Question Type is set to Machine. Select a machine from the available list. -
Selected Machines
[Text Field](Optional){Auto Fetch}
Displays the list of selected machines. -
Select Asset
[Dropdown](Mandatory)
Appears only if Maintenance Question Type is set to Asset. Select an asset from the available list. -
Selected Asset
[Text Field](Optional){Auto Fetch}
Displays the list of selected assets. -
Select Maintenance Type
[Dropdown](Mandatory)
Choose the applicable maintenance type. Values are fetched from the Master Category. -
Select Planned Date
[Date](Mandatory)
Defaults to the current date. You can manually select or modify the date as needed.
Step 3: Generate or Clearβ
- Generate β Saves the details and generates the schedule.
- Clear β Resets all entered values.
Step 4: Maintenance Schedule Confirmation Tableβ
After clicking the Generate button, the Maintenance Schedule table will display:
- Select Plan β Checkbox to select/deselect specific schedules.
- Machine β Displayed only if Maintenance Question Type is Machine.
- Asset β Displayed only if Maintenance Question Type is Asset.
- Maintenance Type β Shows the selected Maintenance Type.
- Financial Year β Displays the financial year corresponding to the schedule.
- Planned Date β Shows the scheduled date (modifiable if required).
Additional Notes:
- If a Preventive Maintenance Schedule already exists, the corresponding row is highlighted in red.
- You can use filter options to narrow down Machines or Assets.
- You may deselect any maintenance entry by unchecking its checkbox.
Step 5: Confirm the Scheduleβ
Once you've reviewed and finalized the rows in the schedule table:
- Click the Confirm button to store the final schedule entries in the database.
