1.1 Search Supplier Wise Stock Report
Search a Supplier Wise Stock Report - Step-by-Step
Step 1: Reach the Supplier Wise Stock Report
From the main side menu, click on Store → Reports → Supplier Wise Stock Report. This will open the Supplier Wise Stock Report Search page.
Step 2: Fill in Details
- Select Supplier
[Optional][Dropdown]Choose a specific supplier from the dropdown list. - Closing Stock Quantity
[Optional][Text Field]Enter range of stock quantity to filter results. - Report From Date
[Mandatory][Text Field]Start date of the report period. - Report To Date
[Mandatory][Text Field]End date of the report period.
Step 3 : Search or Clear
- Search → Generate report with selected filters.
- Clear → Reset filters.
Step 4: See the Results
Click Search to see the list of Supplier Wise Stock Reports that match your criteria.
The Search is the main function of this screen.

The generated report displays supplier-wise stock in a tabular format:
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Serial No | Auto-generated sequence number for each record. |
| Part Name | Name of the material or part. |
| Material / Part Name | Stock available at the start of the selected date range (per supplier). |
| Outward Quantity | Quantity issued or consumed during the selected period. |
| Inward Quantity | Quantity received during the selected period. |
| Closing Quantity | Stock available at the end of the selected date range (per supplier). |
Each supplier has their own set of stock columns (Opening, Outward, Inward, Closing).
1.3 Export & Print Options
- Excel → Export report to Excel file for further analysis.
- Print → Print the report directly.

- Tracks inward, outward, and closing balances for materials.
- Useful for audit, reconciliation, and inventory management.
- Can be exported for management review.
- Easy to filter by supplier or date range.
