In House Stock Report​
This report is designed to provide a comprehensive view of in-house stock levels across different operational processes. It helps the Stores Department and Quality teams track part-wise stock status and inspection results.
1.1 Search for In House Stock Report​
Step 1: Access the Report Section
- Navigate to the main left-side menu
- Go to Store → Reports → In House Stock Report
- This opens the search filter screen
Step 2: Apply Search Filters
The following fields are available:
- Date Selector: Choose the date for which the stock report should be generated
- Search Button: Displays stock data for the selected date
- Clear Button: Resets the date filter and reloads the default view
Step 3: Generate the Report
- Click Search to fetch the stock report for the selected date
- Click Clear to reset and reload the default report
1.2 View Report Results​
After clicking Search, the system displays results in a tabular format.

| Part No | Unique identifier for each part |
| Control Plan | Associated control plan or process specification |
| OPR - 30 to OPR - 70 | Value and Quantity for each operational process range |
| Final Inspection | Value and Quantity after final inspection |
| Grand Total | Total value across all stages |
Additional Search Option:
A Search field (top-right) allows filtering results by keyword (e.g., Part No, Control Plan).
1.3 Export and Print Options​
At the top of the results table, you’ll see the following buttons:
- Excel: Export the report to an Excel file (same column structure retained)
- Print: Generate a print-friendly version of the report
Notes​
- Ensure the correct date format is selected when filtering
- Printed reports retain the same column structure as the on-screen table
- Stock data is refreshed based on the selected date, so ensure the correct report date is chosen
