1.1 Supplier PO Track Report​

Search Supplier PO Track Report - Step-by-Step Guide​

Step 1: Navigate to Report Screen​

From the main left-side menu, click on Purchase β†’ Reports β†’ Supplier PO Track Report. This will open the Supplier PO Tracking Search page.

Step 2: Select Date Range​

  • Supplier β†’ Select the supplier from the dropdown list.
  • From DC Date / To DC Date β†’ Use date pickers to define the range.
  • Customer β†’ Select the customer from the dropdown list.
  • Clear β†’ Resets all filters to default.
  • Once the date range is selected, click on the Search button.
  • To reset the form, click Clear.

1.2 View Supplier PO Track Report​

After clicking Search, you will see the report results in a tabular format.

Column NameDescription
PO DateThe date on which the Purchase Order was created.
Supplier PO NumberUnique Purchase Order number provided by the supplier.
Line Item NumberLine item identifier within the PO.
Part/Product NameName of the part or product being ordered.
Part/Product NumberUnique identifier or code for the part/product.
Part/Product Rev NoRevision number of the part/product.
CategoryCategory classification of the product/part.
HS CodeHarmonized System code used for trade/customs classification.
Sub CategorySub-category for detailed classification of the product.
Vendor CodeUnique code assigned to the vendor.
Vendor NameName of the vendor supplying the goods.
Delivery DateExpected delivery date for the order.
PO QuantityThe quantity of items ordered in the PO.
Inward QuantityThe quantity received against the PO.
Pending QuantityThe remaining quantity yet to be received.
Inward DateThe date when items were inwarded/received.
PO StatusThe current status of the Purchase Order.
GRN NumberGoods Receipt Note number generated upon receipt.
GRN DateDate on which the Goods Receipt Note was created.
Invoice NumberInvoice number associated with the PO.
Invoice DateDate on which the invoice was created.
DC NumberDelivery Challan number provided by the vendor.
DC DateDate mentioned in the Delivery Challan.
Duty Fee StatusIndicates whether duty fee is applicable or paid.
Duty FeeAmount of duty fee applicable to the PO.
CurrencyThe currency used in the transaction (e.g., USD, INR).
Unit PricePrice per unit of the product/part.

You can also use the Search field (top-right) to filter report results by keyword.

1.3 Export Options​

At the top of the results table, you’ll see the following buttons:

  • Excel β†’ Export the report as an Excel file.
  • Print β†’ Generate a print-friendly version of the report.

  • Ensure date formats are consistent when filtering.
  • Exported Excel files retain the same column structure.
  • Printing may require browser permissions or settings adjustments.
