Supplier Wise Stock Report​
Prerequisites​
Before generating a Supplier Wise Stock Report, ensure the following details are available:
- Supplier Master Data
- Part/Item Master Data
- Stock Inward and Outward Transactions
- Report Date Range
Maintaining updated and accurate data ensures a reliable Supplier Wise Stock Report.
1.1 Search Supplier Wise Stock Report​
Step-by-Step Guide​
Step 1: Reach the Supplier Wise Stock Report Section​
Navigate through the side menu:
- Accounts → Reports → Supplier Wise Stock Report
This opens the Supplier Wise Stock Report Search page.
Step 2: Apply Filters​
On the search page, you can filter the report using the following fields:
- Select Supplier [Optional]: Choose the supplier from the dropdown.
- Report From Date [Mandatory]: Select the starting date.
- Report To Date [Mandatory]: Select the ending date.
- Closing Stock Quantity [Optional]: Enter the range (from and to) of closing stock quantity.
If you want a specific supplier’s stock details, select the supplier from the dropdown and click Search.
1.2 View Supplier Wise Stock Report​
After clicking Search, the system displays the results in a tabular format.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Serial No | Auto-generated row number. |
| Part Name | The name of the part/item being tracked. |
| Supplier | Supplier details under which the part stock movement is recorded. |
| Opening Quantity | Stock available at the start of the selected period (before any transactions). |
| Outward Quantity | Quantity of parts issued, dispatched, or consumed during the period. |
| Inward Quantity | Quantity of parts received or added to stock during the period. |
| Closing Quantity | Final stock available after considering both inward and outward movements. |
You can also use the Search field (top-right) to filter the report results by keyword.
1.3 Export or Print​
Once the report is generated, you can:
- Export to Excel → Download the Supplier Wise Stock Report for further analysis.
- Print → Generate a printer-friendly version of the report.
