Version 26.2

We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements introduced in Version 26.2. Below are the key features and improvements, along with their respective locations for easy reference.


New Features​

1. Tool Consumption – Month-wise Tool Pricing​

Location: You can access Tool Consumption under Tooling β†’ Operations

Details:

  • A new Price column is now available in the Tool Consumption search results.
  • Price is calculated automatically as Supplier Product Cost Γ— Quantity.
  • The Price column is included in the Excel export.
  • A Total Price (sum of displayed records) is shown in:
    • The table footer
    • The exported Excel file
  • The Total Price updates correctly when search filters are applied.
  • Values displayed in the application and in the Excel export are fully aligned.

2. Terminology Update – Product Renamed as Item​

Details:

  • The term β€œProduct” has been renamed to β€œItem” across the application for better clarity.

3. Outsource – Process Order & Validation Enhancement​

Location: You can access Outsource process under Production & Quality β†’ Operations

Details:

  • Milling processes are displayed in ascending order (30 β†’ 40 β†’ 50) by default.
  • Users can reorder the process display sequence without affecting system validation.
  • Validation is always performed using the lowest process value, regardless of display order.
  • A clear toaster message is shown when an invalid process order is selected.
  • Reordering improves accuracy for task validation and file upload results and prevents unnecessary mismatches.

4. Final Inspection – Multiple Serial Number Selection​

Location: You can access Final Inspection under Production & Quality β†’ Operations

Details:

  • Task Serial Number now supports multiple selection.
  • Select All and Deselect All options have been added.
  • Selected serial numbers are visible and can be removed individually.
  • The Batch Number dropdown now displays only eligible batches.
  • Completed batches are hidden, and toaster messages for invalid batch selection are no longer shown.

5. Stock Adjustment – Support for All Item Types​

Location: You can access Stock Adjustment under Store β†’ Operations

Details:

  • Stock Adjustment now supports all item types, not only PART.
  • For PART items: Control Plan–based process selection continues to work as earlier.
  • For non-PART items:(Tool, Holder, Pull-Stud, Collet, Cutting Tool, Gauge Instruments)
  • Control Plan is not applicable.
  • Only Process dropdown is shown.
  • Available processes: Inward Process, Inward Inspection, Batch, Work Order.
  • Selected process is correctly mapped and saved to the corresponding stage.
  • Process selection is mandatory for all item types.
  • Existing PART stock adjustment records continue to work without any impact.

  • We have improved both backend and frontend components to enhance the application’s speed, stability, and overall performance.
  • The application submission process has been optimized to ensure a smoother and faster user experience
