Employee Attendance Generate Screen β User Guide
Before You Beginβ
Before generating the employee attendance report, please ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- You have a valid username and password to access the system.
Upon logging in, you will be directed to the system's Welcome Screen.
1. Generating Employee Attendanceβ
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access the Generation Screenβ
From the side navigation menu, follow this path:
HR & Administration β Report β Attendance Generate
This will open the Employee Attendance Generate interface, where the attendance generation process begins.
Step 2: Enter Required Detailsβ
You need to provide the month and year for which you want to generate the attendance report:
- Report Generate Month (Mandatory): Use the date picker to select the appropriate month and year.
Step 3: Generate the Excel Sheetβ
- Click the
Generatebutton to create and download the employee attendance Excel sheet. - If you wish to reset your selection, click the
Clearbutton to clear the selected Report Generate Month.
note
- If attendance data exists for the selected month, the system will generate the Excel sheet accordingly.
- If no data is found for the selected month, an alert message will be displayed indicating that there is no data available.
