CONTROL TASK INSPECTION REPORT
This module is designed to allow users to generate detailed Control Task with Inspection by applying a variety of search filters, enabling effective inspection tracking and report generation.
1.1 Accessing the Control Task Inspection Report
Step-by-Step Access Instructions
- Navigate to the Main Menu
- Go to Production & Quality → Reports
- Click on Control Task Inspection Report
1.2 Understanding the Search Filters
The Control Task Inspection Report screen includes several filters that help narrow and generate specific reports.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Part | Multi-select dropdown. Choose one or more parts for the report. |
| Control Plan | Single-select dropdown. Choose a specific control plan for the selected part. |
| Process | Dropdown. Select a particular process step (e.g., Inward Inspection). |
| Machine | Dropdown. Select the machine where the process occurred (e.g., VMC-1). |
| Part Serial Number | Text input. Enter the serial number of the part. |
| Sample Frequency | Text or dropdown (e.g., "SHIFT") to specify the sampling interval. |
| Report From Date (Required) | Start date for report data range. |
| Report From Time (Required) | Start time for report data range. |
| Report To Date (Required) | End date for report data range. |
| Report To Time (Required) | End time for report data range. |
| Modified From Date (Optional Pair) | Start date to filter inspection records by control task validations modified date. |
| Modified To Date (Optional Pair) | End date to filter inspection records by control task validations modified date. |
If Modified From Date and Modified To Date are both provided, the report fetches records only within that modified date range, even if Report From/To Date-Time is also entered.
The search header displays a status message:
"Data will be fetched using Control Task Validation Modified Date range only, even when Report From/To Date-Time is provided"
when both modified dates are selected.
If the date range exceeds one month, a warning alert will prompt the user to adjust it.
1.3 Field Validations and Alerts

Date Validation:
If the selected range exceeds one month:⚠️ "Please select a date range for one month"

Modified Date Pair Validation:
If only one of the Modified dates is entered (From or To), search is blocked:⚠️ "Please select both Modified From Date and Modified To Date"

No Data Found:
If no records match the selected filters:📘 "No Data for the control task inspection"

Successful Search:
When data is retrieved successfully:✅ "56 Control task inspection Retrieved Successfully" (number may vary)
1.4 Using the Search & Clear Buttons

| Search | Executes the report generation using selected filters. |
| Clear | Resets all fields to default values for a new search. |
📝 Ensure both Report From Date and Report To Date are filled in — these are mandatory.
1.5 Control Plan Report Results
Once the report is generated, it displays relevant inspection/control plan data. Based on filters and system configuration, columns may include:

| Remarks | Additional notes or inspection status |
| Created Date | Created date of the inspection record |
| Modified Date | Last modified date of the inspection record |
| Created By | Name of the user who created the record |
| Modified By | Name of the user who last modified the record |
1.6 Additional Features (If Enabled)
- Sorting: Clickable column headers to sort by ascending/descending order
- Pagination: Navigate using Previous / Next buttons
- Export Options: Export report to Excel or print
- Filter Persistence: Retains selected filters for ease of repeated reports
